Document & editorial design
Document & editorial design
From glossy, infographic-rich summaries to 200+ page strategy documents — and even concept-driven magazines — I design editorial materials that are structured, readable, and visually engaging. I handle both the creative direction and the technical production, including layout workflows, illustration, and print coordination.

Apicius Magazine: Rome’s Oldest Recipes, Reimagined
For this project, I transformed Cooking and Dining in Imperial Rome — the oldest known cookbook — into a contemporary, minimalistic food magazine. The concept was to create a striking contrast between the ancient source material and the clean, modern aesthetic of high-end editorial design.
Using original recipes and historical visuals as inspiration, the magazine invites readers to reflect on how food, design, and history intertwine — and how even 2,000-year-old instructions can influence our visual tastes today.
Targeted at design-conscious food lovers (ages ~25–55) with a curiosity for culinary history.
Created as part of my graphic design studies at Linnaeus University.
